The Blind bet: payout and paytable

The Blind pays only when you win the hand with a straight or better: 500 to 1 for a royal flush, 50 to 1 for a straight flush, 10 to 1 for four of a kind, 3 to 1 for a full house, 3 to 2 for a flush and 1 to 1 for a straight. Any smaller winning hand pushes the Blind, and it loses whenever the dealer beats you or you fold. Whether the dealer qualifies does not matter.

The second required bet, always equal to the Ante. It pays a bonus on big hands and loses whenever you lose.

The Blind always equals the Ante, and both are required. If you win the hand, the Blind pays by its own paytable for a straight or better, and pushes with anything less. If the dealer beats you, or you fold, the Blind loses. A tie pushes.

Whether the dealer qualifies does not matter to the Blind.
