The Play bet
Your one raise: bigger the earlier you make it. Even money, whether or not the dealer qualifies.
You may make exactly one Play bet: 4× (or 3×) the Ante before the flop, 2× after the flop, or 1× after the river. It pays 1 to 1 if you win, loses if the dealer wins and pushes on a tie. Qualifying does not matter.
The moment you make it, your decisions are over. At the river the alternative is to fold, which gives up the Ante and Blind and puts nothing in Play.
